核酸的提取有bug？是時(shí)候升級研磨裝備了！

對于核酸的提取，是分子生物學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)員的入門技能，判斷能否熟練的掌握，并且能夠巧妙運(yùn)用此技能也成為了后期實(shí)驗(yàn)員能夠獨(dú)自完成科學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)的前提。
然而根據(jù)其研究樣本的不同，核酸的提取主要分為：動(dòng)物組織、植物組織、微生物組織；其中植物組織的核酸提取由于其自身結(jié)構(gòu)的特殊性，某些植物的根莖部和較為堅(jiān)韌的植物纖維都是較難研磨粉碎均勻的；這就需要用到專用研磨儀，然而在研磨界，使用研缽手工研磨的人群大致有60~70%，而使用手持式研磨器和研磨珠振蕩研磨機(jī)的只有百分之30~40%。
雖然說研缽手工研磨便宜好用，但是對于樣本需求量大的實(shí)驗(yàn)室來說，耗時(shí)又耗力真的是一個(gè)個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)人員的噩夢！萬一研缽清洗不干凈還會(huì)造成樣本之間的交叉污染。
凈信全自動(dòng)樣品研磨儀JXFSTPRP系列
對于研磨儀市面上常見的振蕩方式有垂直振蕩和水平往復(fù)式振蕩；而凈信的全自動(dòng)樣品快速研磨儀突破現(xiàn)有模式，采用三維一體（八字型振蕩）。它能夠滿足各種樣本要求、操作簡便，源于德國的精工技術(shù)，研磨速率提升20%；樣本全封閉，無交叉污染；安靜，＜55分貝。
研磨實(shí)例：
樣品：棉花葉片
儀器：全自動(dòng)樣品快速研磨儀（凈信JXFSTPRP-24）
配件：鋼罐、不銹鋼珠、適配器
實(shí)驗(yàn)步驟：
1.準(zhǔn)備好所需大小鋼罐，適配不銹鋼珠1顆；
2.將棉花葉片放入準(zhǔn)備好的鋼罐中，擰好蓋子放入液氮浸泡幾分鐘；
3.再將適配器裝入凈信研磨儀中；
4.設(shè)定好相關(guān)參數(shù)，啟動(dòng)儀器至研磨程序結(jié)束，可得到如圖所示成果。
